  • Anthony's at Gig Harbor: continue the tradition or start a new one with Mother's Day Brunch!

  • Devoted Kiss Cafe is partnering with Moon Mountain Farms - a family run flower farm located on the Key Peninsula), they're offering a free entrée with a flower subscription purchase.

  • Ebb Tide Gallery: Mother's Day special 10% off all art Friday-Sunday May 10-12!

  • Gig Harbor Self Defense (located at Maitri Movement): Celebrate the extraordinary bond between mothers and daughters with our exclusive Mother and Daughter Empowerment and Personal Safety Workshop, designed to strengthen your bond, while equipping you with essential self-defense skills.

  • Harbornest: they just wrapped up a teacher appreciation week, May 6-May 10 and are a solid choice to visit this Mother's Day weekend. Follow along to stay in the know of upcoming events and workshops.

  • Harborview Rest and Restore  is hosting a Cool Moms Event with fun local vendors on Saturday, May 11 from 12-4.

What's Up Waterfront - monthly meeting

Join us this Thursday, May 16th at 9am in Anthony's Shoreline Room for an update of Alliance projects and events, join in a discussion about placemaking efforts, and hear updates from city staff.

Let's chat! This recurring public meeting is a great place to connect. Bring your questions and ideas for public spaces and programming. As a non-profit, community-focused, volunteer organization we are always looking for input and feedback from people like YOU.

This meeting is great for anyone who:

☑️owns a business or property in the waterfront district

☑️lives in the waterfront district or surrounding areas

☑️has a vested interest in the waterfront district

☑️would like to hear from city officials, ask questions and provide thoughts and suggestions about upcoming projects/events

Can't make the May's meeting? No sweat. We meet every month on the third Thursday.


Farmers Market Opening Day!

Welcome the Gig Harbor Waterfront Farmers Market back to Skansie Brothers Park on Thursday, June 6th. The market is open each Thursday from 1p - 6p, June - August (no market on July 4th).


Come down for the freshest local produce, delicious prepared foods, unique artisan crafts, live music, and a fun-filled Kids Corner. It's the perfect way to get fresh with food while supporting our farmers, food producers, and the vibrant Gig Harbor community.
